Cookie Policy

1. Overview

Lyniti uses essential cookies and similar storage needed to run the service. We also offer optional Additional cookies for visitors who want to allow deeper analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, and Meta Pixel conversion measurement.

2. Essential Cookies And Storage We Use

We use essential cookies to remember your language preference, theme settings, selected workspace, and to maintain your login session.

We also use security-related storage where needed to help protect accounts and requests. The tables below list the actual first-party cookies and browser-storage entries Lyniti sets.

3. Optional Additional Cookies And Storage

If you turn on Additional cookies, Lyniti stores anonymous analytics identifiers for longer than the current browser session. This helps us connect repeat visits from the same browser more reliably and gives us deeper, cleaner analytics about how Lyniti is used over time.

Analytics

lyniti.umami.cache:<websiteId>Lyniti (self-hosted Umami)Connects repeat visits from the same browserAnonymous session and cache identifierlocalStorage while analytics consent is active (up to 180 days). Otherwise sessionStorage, reset after 20 minutes of inactivityAnalytics

Analytics requests are sent to Lyniti's own servers through the /api/analytics endpoint and are aggregated. When Additional cookies are off, analytics identifiers are session-scoped and do not persist beyond the browser session.

Advertising conversion measurement

Google's tag loads with advertising storage, advertising user data, analytics storage, and ad personalization defaulted to denied. Ad personalization remains denied after acceptance, ad data redaction is on, and this implementation is not used for remarketing.

Meta Pixel remains unloaded until you turn on Marketing cookies. When enabled, it records completed workspace creations. Lyniti does not send Meta Pixel custom fields containing your email or account profile data.

When Marketing cookies are off, Google does not create new advertising cookies through this implementation. A limited, redacted, cookieless conversion signal may still be sent after successful paid workspace creation.

Cookie names and lifetimes set by Google and Meta scripts are defined by those services. See Google's cookie documentation and Meta's cookie documentation.

When enabled, they also help us understand where Lyniti is slow, where users hit error pages or broken flows, and where performance or reliability regresses over time. In some cases, analytics patterns can also help us notice unusual behavior earlier and investigate possible abuse or security issues faster.

We store your cookie choice in browser storage for up to 6 months before asking you to review it again. If that period expires, Lyniti automatically treats your previous choice as expired until you make a new selection.

4. Retention Of Cookie Preferences

Essential browser storage may last only as long as needed for security, login, language, workspace, and other core product functions. Optional analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel conversion-related browser storage may persist across visits only when you have turned on Additional cookies.

When Additional cookies are off, Lyniti falls back to session-scoped storage for analytics so those identifiers do not persist beyond the browser session in the same way.

5. Why Essential Cookies Are Required

These cookies are necessary for the operation of the service and cannot be disabled if you want to use Lyniti normally.

We do not use Google Ads storage from this implementation for ad personalization, remarketing, or unrelated product analytics. Meta Pixel events from this implementation are limited to the measurement described above.
